Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood. My first exposure came through my father’s books, where I would playfully attempt to recreate the asanas I saw on the pages, driven by a child’s natural curiosity. What began as a simple experiment gradually evolved into a deeper commitment to the practice. By 2017, I fully embraced yoga, not just as a practice, but as a path of personal transformation. Since then, I’ve never looked back.
Over the years, yoga has become an enriching journey — one of self-discovery, balance, and growth. It has empowered me mentally, physically, and spiritually, teaching me to find strength in stillness and peace amid life’s chaos. The wisdom of the practice has offered me invaluable lessons that extend far beyond the mat, shaping my way of being in the world. It is an honor to share this knowledge with others.
As Patanjali says in the Yoga Sutras:
"Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind."

With over 8 years of teaching experience, certifications from a renowned yoga institute, 500-hour RYT certification, 250+ hours of Mysore-style training, and QCI certification, I am committed to offering you a practice that is both rooted in tradition and adaptable to your unique needs.
