Service Description

The intermediate classes are designed to challenge and at the same time ease you into difficult skills work and transitions. Think creative transitions, back-bending, arm balances, hip opening and inversions. All classes have a soft workshop style teaching approach so you walk away with tools and skills to build your own practice. Looking forward to see you on the mat!
